Location: Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin
The ribbon like structure of these letters is achieved with
great technical skill. Ascending the steps at the front entrance
off the quays, one is confronted with the glass panels and
revolving doors leading to the reception area and the atrium.
To the right is a flat plane wall of Ballyknockan Granite.
The letters are mounted proud of that surface of shallow light
to give maximum legibility to viewers walking along the quays
or visiting the building.
